By aggregating data from several industry-leading sources into a single platform, EarthCache lets you create a reliable stream of Earth observation data, accessible through an API for effortless integration into any development environment.
EarthCache also offers an intuitive code builder to help you configure your data parameters, providing you with the correct API calls to help you rapidly build and deploy applications that make use remote-sensing data and derived information.
This short guide will walk you through setting your first Earth observation data pipeline.
What is a pipeline?
A pipeline is a set of instructions you are scheduling to run that will return processed Earth observation data whenever available.
By configuring your pipeline, you are asking EarthCache to display a list of all results that match the parameters you requested. Parameters to choose from include: the areas you are interested in, your preferred output, the time where data will need to be collected or have been collected (for archival data), and even optional instructions, such as sensor resolution, collection frequency and cloud cover.
