Option 1 - Submitting a support ticket from the EarthCache dashboard.
Once you submit a request our support team will be in contact with you shortly.
Option 2 - Contacting support through our Resources & Support portal
To contact support through our Resources & Support portal, simply head over to our Contact us page.
Submitting product feedback
In order to submit a support product feedback from the EarthCache dashboard, you need to be logged in. Once logged in, go to the Support page.You can find the page by selecting Support on the left-hand menu, then selecting Product Feedback on the right-hand side of your screen.
